AsiaCenter offers showroom units with floorspaces ranging between 50-500 m2 for rent at favorable prices, with flexible arrangement possibilities and taylored lease plans. Showrooms for rent are located on Levels 0, 1 and 2
Rental costs depend on the size and location of the units, and include rental fees, operation fee and marketing costs.

Offices for rent

AsiaCenter offers offices with floorspaces of all sizes  for rent, as the ideal solution for traders and partners to coordinate their back-office activities and the management of their showrooms.
The offices are located on Floor 4, the Glass Floor of AsiaCenter. Each office units has the following features:
